Hello! My name is Anna (she/her/hers).
I’m a registered counsellor, yoga teacher, and wellbeing facilitator.
Over the past 11+ years, I’ve designed, led, and contributed to a wide range of programs across mental health, youth work, wellbeing events, aged care, education, the hearing voices movement, and the lived & living experience workforce.
These days, I work primarily with women who are ready to move from feeling overworked to being in flow .I live on Wurundjuri Country with my husband, silly dalmatian, and dopey cat.
I specialise in working with women who:
Experience chronic stress, anxiety, or burnout
Struggle to switch off, with a loud inner critic
Feel disconnected from their body and need support with regulation
Find it hard to set boundaries and often people-please
Crave deeper, more meaningful relationships
Feel unsure of who they are or what truly matters to them.

My Counselling Approach: I’m definitely not a clipboard-and-checklist kind of therapist! And I’m not in the business of telling you what’s “wrong” with you, or what needs “fixing”.
Because I don’t think that people need fixing. They just need spaces that are safe enough to meet themselves as they are.I bring a warm and deeply human presence to my work - a good mix of science and soul. I see my role as meeting you where you are, with curiosity, intuition, and a deep respect for your autonomy.
Together, we can untangle what’s been heavy, help reconnect you with your strengths and values, and support you in moving forward in a way that feels grounded, spacious, and genuinely aligned.
I love utilising evidence-based modalities such as Compassion Focused Therapy, Existential Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, the Hearing Voices Approach, and Internal Family Systems.
I also love to interweave yoga and embodiment practices for those who are interested.I am also a PACFA-Registered Counsellor with a Masters in Counselling - this means I’m committed to ongoing professional development, to seeing a supervisor for support, and to an overall safe, ethical, and inclusive practice.
