Clear the noise. Release the tension. Come back home to your body.

Join Fiona and Adrian for an immersive morning combining the ancient vitality of Himalayan breathwork and Kriya with the deeply restorative power of a live Tibetan sound bath.

When life feels busy, our bodies quietly absorb the pressure. Stress, tight schedules, and old tension lock up the body and leave the nervous system running in overdrive. This morning is designed to break that loop: using intentional, conscious breath to stir up and clear stagnant energy, followed by traditional Tibetan singing bowls to soothe, integrate, and ground your entire being.

No breathwork or meditation experience needed. Come exactly as you are.

What You Will Experience:

  • Himalayan Breathwork and Kriya Journey (Facilitated by Fiona):

Rooted in ancient Yogic traditions, this practice combines conscious pranayama (breathwork) and dynamic Kriya (movement of vital energy). This is an active, grounded practice that uses specific breathing patterns and movement to awaken life force, regulate the nervous system, and expand inner awareness. By clearing out stagnant physical tension and mental noise, it creates room for you to return to your natural centre. You remain in complete control of your pace throughout.

  • Tibetan Sound Bath (Facilitated by Adrian):

Once the breathwork clears the channels, you will lie back and let traditional handmade Tibetan singing bowls do the work. The vibrational resonance wash over you, naturally slowing your mind and giving your whole nervous system permission to soften and relax.

What to Bring & How to Prepare

Please arrive 10 – 15 minutes early to allow yourself to settle into the space.

Please wear comfortable clothes that you can sit in. Breathwork will be guided in a seated position.

Mats, bolsters and blankets are provided. Bring a bottle of water and any other items that will allow you to have a comfortable experience.

Eat only a light meal 1.5 – 2 hours beforehand. Breathing deeply into the belly on a full stomach can be uncomfortable.

Health & Safety Note

Himalayan breathwork is an active, somatic practice. While you will be encouraged to listen to your body and adjust your intensity at any time, dynamic breathing techniques may not be suitable without modification for certain conditions.

Please check with us if you navigate:

  • Pregnancy

  • Cardiovascular conditions (unmanaged high blood pressure, history of stroke/aneurysm)

  • Epilepsy or history of seizures

  • Detached retina or glaucoma

  • Active psychosis or acute psychiatric conditions (schizophrenia, paranoia)

  • Recent surgery

  • Use of heavy medication that affects mental, cardiovascular, or neurological function

Please note: Having any of the above does not mean you cannot attend and participate. Please send us a message before booking so we can tailor a gentle, modified breathing flow that keeps you completely safe and supported.
